We spent some time in the idea of svarupe as luminosity (Ravi Ravindra on our recent retreat suggested this definition), and drawing from sutra 1.3.
(when the mind is still...then the seer abides in is own True Nature. (Tada Drashruh svarupe avasthanam).
We practiced the Buddha's suggestion of holding mindfulness in the body, observing both the tight spots and the obvious freedom spots.
