These are words of wisdom from Krishna to Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita and are an interesting backdrop to a vinyasa practice leading up to a play of revolved triangle.
Not crazy about this sequence..a warrior I popped out, and it felt OK during our practice but it doesn't logically make sense.
