Vinyasa Basics: Warrior of Love! 2.22.11

My life and practice lately are leading me to conclude the only real battlefield in the world is in our own minds. I've heard this theory for years but am just now beginnning to find it for myself.

The relief is immense.

Its so real and so fresh that I'm rather obsessed with the topic in my classes.
