Vinyasa Basics: You are the one you have been waiting for: 2.24.11

Sutra 1.12 a tranquil mind is a result of equal parts abhyasa (effort, practice) and viaragya (surrender). Through a variety of yoga techniques we felt in to the effects. We worked with effort and we worked with surrender.

prana, 10th cranial nerve (Vagus), BG Krisha is seated in the heart of everybody, channels on the inside, feeling tone on the insides (we are the ones we have been waiting for).
