One Breath at a Time 8.08.09

Same song second verse as SWG, but a few changes in the sequence, flow and pace. I spent some time playing with Warrior I and III at the wall before class and I think it went a little smoother because I had a chance to break it down for myself. Charles played this amazing flute during savasana for us, which is always a sweet touch.
