Used a lot from Friday's strong practice. I'm liking how it makes me feel when I've played with this practice privately on my mat.
We moved through some fun and spicy vinyasa sequences. Breath was 'obvious' and it had a rocking sort of flow! Nice counterbalance with pigeon/supine tree. Really felt and yang/yin group energy.
I stayed to practice in the 10A class and spent most of the time between classes in handstand against wall. Not sure what that was all about. I felt really happy 'for no reason' and that's kind of a new thing for me.
