Yoga for Recovery 8.13.09

This is the first time I've told a yogic story. I shared about the myth of Matsyendra. This is all stemming from my recent fascinations with twists, in my practice and in my life. Was heading again for crow/side crow but the energy wasn't congruent for that so I opted for pigeon/twisted pigeon. And, as always practice was really all about breath.
