Yoga for Recovery 8.11.09

I've been enjoying going in at least an hour before class and playing on the mat and letting that practice be the bones of what I teach that day. Today I had all this fun play with twists ready to rock; more a level 2 of a 1-2 class that peaked with a side crow pose. As the practitioners showed up, it became clear that this wasn't an appropriate sequence. So I sort of had to wing another direction.

This does happen from time to time and is used to scare me to pieces but now it is just a mild twang of panic. Thats a TWIST for me!
