Sweet Vinyasa: Body is the Temple of the Spirit: 6.3.13

We used St. Paul's wisdom "the Body is the Temple of the Spirit" as our primary alignment tool today, and leaned in on Patanjali's play of avidya and asteya to help guide our way.
