Sweet Vinyasa: Brahma is where I am not: Wednesday, July 10, 2013

Leaning in to the Upanishads, we took the OM slowly and studied the different levels according to the Mandukya Upanishad, then did our best to move into action with a quiet mind which is the first suggestion on how to tap into the yoga that already is, according to Patanjali.

Some of the yogic definitions and descriptions of a silent mind are Brahma, Samadi, Delight, Quiet, God, among others.

Or, this class also can be simply called "hip openers"!
