Sweet Vinyasa: Sacrifice and Santosha: Monday, November 11, 2013

Ease with the "what is" requires a quieting of the mind, according to the yogis. This is harder than it sounds because it requires we let go of our story and our small limited view of how we think it should all look.

The word chitta (as in sutra 1.2 yoga chitta vrittis nirodahah) translates as heart/mind so we spent some time focused the heart to help us align to the more clear sight of what is.
