Sweet Vinyasa: Humility and Handstands: Wedesday, May 21, 2014

Gentleness is not usually the first thing that comes to mind for a handstand.  Yet it is the play of opposites, and hanging out in the stream of awe where we can learn the most. We let the ease of what is be our base as things got spicier. Santosha was our main alignment today.
