Strong Vinyasa 2.6.10

Superbowl Sunday. As a native Texan, (and a avid Dallas Cowboy fan) today feels like a national holiday. I'm eating nachos while writing this and looking forward to the Big Game.

Regarding the yoga, I think this practice with twists could be set up better with some kind of slow twist in the beginning. Twisted ardha chandrasana is a new favorite pose for me.
