Vinyasa Basics 2.4.10

Think this series needs some external rotation hip opening,,,perhaps eye of the needle or pigeon as we come down to the floor? Where to make room?

I find writing out sequences helps me see certain patterns from another perspective. Thank you to Lulu's for suggesting the practice.

Prayer twists are heating and intense. Its a difficult pose to me and for some reason it has popped into my private practice lately so I've brought it into classes.
