We used the elements of the chakras to create an internal map and played with feeling our 'demons and gods', as Buddha would say, on the inside (thank you for the Buddha reference Ravi Ravindra). We played with softening ourselves and finding a more compassionate relationship with ourselves on the inside with the corresponding idea of softening ourselves to the world.
This idea of correspondance is a new way of looking at things that I am learning from Ravi Ravindra's lecture series this month at Krotona.
