Yoga Blue: Prana and Practice, Surrender and Grace. 3.12.11

Sutra 1.2, and had fun with sutra 1.12 Abhyasa viaragyabhayam tad nirodaha, mastery over the fluxuations of the mind through equal parts practice and surrender. As Ravi Ravindra is teaching, its a matter of grace, but we have to do our part and show up.

We settled into the practice, and with the help of some pranayama practices tuned into our interior landscape of feeling our breath and the subtle energy, sutra 1.34 and 1.35.
