Sweet Vinyasa: be your amazing self. 3.11.13

We played in the feeling tones of reach. Sometimes it assists us in finding more room and sometimes it gets in the way of noticing how amazing we already are.

We reached heart to hand and we reached belly to feet exploring the anahata and the manipura chakras and a little chin mudra play to connect the individual to the universal.
