Sweet Vinyasa: Looking with the Breath: 3.4.13

We played with aligning in the poses and in our center, primarily using the inhale and exhale. The practice was a study of sutra 1.34 and of ourselves. We also tapped sutra 3.10 and sutra 1.2.
