Vinyasa Basics: Space for Ahimsa.8.3.10

Nobody moved for 20 minutes after Namaste!

I am liking teaching in silence. I am teaching about finding space for ourselves in our entirety. My part in the practic is, as a teacher, to allow for that silent space for peeps to explore in class. Part of the practice as a teacher is to have direct experience of this myself..on and off the mat.
