Yoga for Recovery 12.05.09

This afternoon I took a Jin Shin workshop from Marcia Hamilton (awesome, by the way), so I was still in fascination with the subtle body, which, in turn influenced this evening's class. We tuned to the anahata. Opened with Mountain Brook, a restorative pose I taught for the first time when I subbed Alana's class this week. Wanted to close with this quote (but couldn't remember exactly how it went so I didn't).
