Prototypes Treatment Center 3.8.10

Had a small group today. Had a lot of questions, 'should I feel it here?', 'Is this yoga?', 'I am too fat do this posture', 'Look at Sally (name changed)..she is good right?', so it turned out to be more of a question/answer session during asana. It took a suprising turn to urdha dhanurasana at the end and we played with demo drop backs. It was a good exercise for teamwork, trust, and breath. We were having so much fun we ran overtime!!!
