Vinysasa Basics 3.2.10

Goddess class. My favorite part of the class is that we all laughed as we got into the cobra/frog twist. Its a wierd one. I used to be scared to offer anything that didn't look 'yoga journal'. After 6 years of teaching I'm finally getting comfortable with it!

This comfort is invaluable both on and off the mat. I am grateful.
