Vinyasa Basics 3.9.10

I'm coming off a delightful weekend with Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band and still buzzing with rhythm, movement, and chanting. It is all still settling but one way it played out was adding some OM's in during the practice in certain poses. I didn't plan it but felt it was appropriate for offering as I tapped into the flow and rhythm of the class energy. Relaxing and trusting into this deeper, more subtle layer felt more natural than ever before.

Tapped into the air quality of the anahata.
