Vinyasa Basics 4.13.10

The garden at Lulu's is magnificent, especially this time of year, and especially after a dose of rain. L. asked to work with feet, which inspired a class about connecting to the earth. I understand what Doug Keller said in his workshop about shoes being 'sensory deprivation devices'.
