Right Step: Quiet the Mind to See More Clearly: Saturday, January 18, 2014

We had 40 minutes for class today and it was a brand new facility and brand new yoginis. The main point was to bring mindfulness in the body to experience the happiness that lies within. As Buddha said, "happiness is as close as your eyelash to your eyeball".
