We playing in touching the Ekam Sat using the alignment instructions Help, Thanks, and Wow (Anne Lamott's book).
I got a little mixed up in which direction we were working in the twisty and bendy hip openers. But I think it was OK. Mainly because its not about what we do, but how we do it (as the yogis tell us), and our practice was about the willingness to recognize the Sat, which is Erich Schiffmann's definition of Love.
That's what we really practiced today.
