Yoga: If you want ease, be ease: Tuesday, January 21, 2014

We had a request for low back ease. This area is one of two places where the parasympathetic nerves emanate.

To bring ease into our practice, our bodies and our lives, we must see more clearly. Krishnamurti says, if we see what is, what is changes. Vastness (bhirat) is one of the Truths, according to the yogis.

We also talked about karma; as we are, so we act. As we act, so we become. If we want to become ease, we must be ease.

Love is the willingness to recognize that which is real. Ease and love and peace are real.
