Strong Vinyasa 1.10.10

About making graceful transitions. Somehow I got turned around and we did second set, second side on the same side. Woops. When I noticed my mistake I tried to gracefully find our way to a neutral downdog and start over. It knocked me off the groove a little bit, and took some time, but I didn't freak out and it won't ruin my day. That's progress for me.

I learned to watch Garudasana a little closer..which leg is wrapping, etc. Hopefully this added attentiveness to the pose will aleviate making the 'same side' error next time.
