Strong Vinyasa 1.17.10

The sequence and the poses weren't very complicated today, it was more about staying tuned to what was really happening and how it felt. Not turning away from the tight spots but finding more understanding within. Tuning into the body as a (the) source of information. Letting how if feels be the guide, not photos from Yoga Journal. (Symbolically, I mean. I like Yoga Journal).

Do you want to be free or just look good?
