Yoga for Recovery 1.23.10

A wide range of practice levels showed up tonight so I stayed with the basics. I'm getting more comfortable with holding space to let people feel. Especially in early recovery, a lot comes up with this practice. Its getting easier not to take 'faces' personally. It used to really scare me to see people struggle, I'd run away. I'm becoming more sensitive to holding space for that too, and have found sometimes just coming in their 'zone' and breathing calmly from my heart center helps. Damndest thing.
