Yoga For Recovery 1.02.10

Less poses, longer holds was the vibe tonight. The practice was about being gentle and tender with ourselves. 

A yoga teacher friend of mine gave me some pretty music that I used for the first time. The music set a lovely backdrop in our practice. Floating around in my conciousness tonight I felt a connectness..We are all in this practice together..teachers, practitioners, friends...

Yoga keeps unfolding both inner and outer relationships for me and I am grateful.
