Vinyasa Basics 1.21.10

Sutra 1.13 'Abhyasa is the effort of remaining present'. In our workbook from the Jam session , this sutra jumped right off the page for me. It is so rich for me right now and I had fun building a class theme around it...new territory.

I don't feel I have a deep understanding of Warrior I. After all these years of noticing a tightness in the low back I'm finally ready to explore how to find ease, REALLY, in the pose. I want to spend time in my practice figuring out how I'm put together here.
