Prototypes Women's Center. Honey in the Heart. 6.28.10

Being immersed in the 10 day TT helped me get re-centered. I had more room today for the women, and they, in turn dove in deeper.

After our yoga session, one of the women, new to the practice, said "when we laid on the floor at the end, I didn't hear anything, It was such a relief, what was that?". "Yoga chitta vritti nirodaha", I replied. That, my dear, is Yoga.
