Vinyasa Basics: Aligning with Ease. 6.24.10

We used the breath and sense of internal flow to align ourselves. Less 'yoga journal', more feeling.

Used breath on the back of the body to fnd more ease in backbends.

L. asked to do the 'foot thing'. Found a new way to talk about rooting and opening channels by cuing feeling prana in the feet. Thanks L!
