Vinyasa Basics: Prayer, Prana, Intention, and Grace. 6.15.10

I've been playing a lot with prayer, attention, and intention as prana. This is new territory for me a a new level of trust. Its all a bit daunting and I feel staying close to my yoga practice on the mat is helping me stay calm as I struggle through big life questions that are coming up.

Abhyasa (practice, sutra 1.13) is the effort of remaining present. I am beginning to see prayer, prana, intention and grace all have the same flavor.
