Inspired by Uma, we tried some chanting this morning. I used the CD of kirtan by the Sivananda Ashram and distributed the words We did the daily chant (a little 'too much') and Ganesha Saranam, which was easier. We had an extended sit of 30 mins after chanting, and do feel chanting has some interesting aspects to explore.
