Vinyasa Basics: Stable and Balanced. 4.26.11

Through feeling support, we played with finding balance and an open heart. We used sutra 1.36, the calming force of attention at the 'sorrowless light' to help.

I used some of the techiques I'd practiced in SWG on Sunday with Kira, as well as some of the teachings illuminated by Uma at Krotona in the past few weeks.
