Vinyasa Basics: Expanding MInd, Joyous Heart. 5.17.11

Most people hold tension in their hips and shoulders. Our play to day was to open these predominate areas, and peak in a yin style frog pose, exposing the holding in the mind. Beneath it all we tapped the eternal nature of joy in the heart.
