Vinyasa Basics: Prana. 5.19.11

I forgot to post yesterday because I got caught up in the delight and excitement of the birth of my little brother and wife's first born! Yipee!

This is what I remember..the stronger vinyasa pieces (three leg dog, three leg plank, three leg updog), came spontaneously as a counterbalance to the deeply focusing breath work.
