Casa de Esperanza: Dual Diagnosis 11.11.09

Had someone today who was a bit disruptive. Think it was more effective to use energetic energy rather than words, but it took both. Eventually he just walked away. The rest of the group just kept going...didn't miss a beat. I really don't find it difficult to teach here, just very unusual. It is an awesome place to practice compassion, patience, love, and nonattachment. These things really do translate. Uttanasana and the like are clearly only vehicles.

Always a challenge with using cushions from the couches. Anyone want to donate/rent about 6 yoga mats? Used would work just fine.

REALLY inspires me to move forward with Yoga Blue.
