Strong Vinyasa 11.06.09

The word 'Strong' has a new meaning for me these days. I think it takes strength to consistently show up as your true authentic self. Yoga is one of the greatest tools I know to teach me how to do that.

This insight has nothing to do with the class this morning; it just came out as I sat to blog this class. However I think I'll build on that as theme for future classes, as I like this sequence.
