Vinyasa Basics 11.12.09

Switching gears from meditation class took some effort. Usually I practice before I teach the VBasics so its fresh in my head. Today I was in a great space after meditating and I just let the class flow from my heart. OM!

About asking the practice to open our hearts to love, follow our inner guidance, and stand in our authentic selves.
