Strong Vinyasa 11.20.09

Following your heart might be the strongest vinyasa of all!

Offering and holding space for a few mins of freeform is a little scary but I think it is such a powerful practice to offer. Today, my fav part of class was freeform.

We went into savasana right after freeform. I think what might be nice for future classes is to come back together for some sort of closing piece before savasana. Or not. Something to investigate. OM!
