Vinyasa Basics 11.24.09

I've been feeling a nervous energy the last few days. I has really helped to to move a lot on the mat with a very strong practice. I came in early today to plan for class and had another one of those strong practices. Good thing because I was all chill by the time VBasics started. I Had requests from the class for a mellow practice today.
