Vinyasa Basics 11.03.09

I've been playing with puffing my kidneys and relaxing the low back in Mermaid pose. This class is inspired by my home practice recently, minus pigeon and Mermaid to make it more L1. Had some body mischief to work with today as well as peeps who are returning to the mat after some time off.
