Strong Vinyasa 11.29.09

I woke up early this morning and jumped into some (not so fun) paperwork. In one of my working files, I happened on to a mantra sheet (which was totally misfiled by the way). I was completely drawn to the mantra Aham Prema which translated to 'I am Divine Love'. Closing my eyes, I inhaled Aham, exhaled Prema for several minutes. Then I blew off the rest of my paperwork and went into the studio early to practice. The mantra was still singing its sweet song by the time I got to Lulu's so I took the mantra as the basis of the practice for the whole class today.

There was a request for hanamanasana. This is the combo of who showed up, Aham Prema, and Hanamanasana.
