Strong Vinyasa 11.08.09

I've been wanting to offer some deep hip openers lately, and this morning there was a room full of bendies! Carpe diem! 

Shared a locust variation that I've been playing with. Its a nice way to open the heart from the floor.

I feel it 'freshened up' my sequencing with these two new ways of presenting poses.
